Lou and Barbara Del Rosario were invited to attend a meeting between Lou's brother Albert Del Rosario and President George Bush.  The purpose of the meeting was to present Albert's credentials for the post of Philippine Ambassador to the United States.  It was a most exciting day for the Del Rosario family.
